Whispering Pines Fishing Camp - Lucy and Poppi Book 1 - is a Cozy Mystery set in a beautiful, lush fishing camp on Lake Kissimmee Florida.  Surrounded by palm trees, pines, and ancient cypress trees draped in Spanish Moss, the inhabitants of this community are soon discovered as vibrant, intelligent and lovely people.  The main character, Lucy Parker (76), is the communities official nosey neighbor, or as she calls herself 'information management' coordinator.  She is an intelligent, feisty, and loving grandmother and wonderful friend to her neighbors.  Her energy knows no bounds and is equal to a woman half her age.  She invites her equally vibrant, intelligent and lovely granddaughter, Poppi Parker (33) to visit her at the fish camp to help her solve a mysterious death of one of the neighbor's wives.  Poppi is a former Detective of the Tampa PD and is currently working as an independent Private Investigator.
